A Little About Me.
I grew up in Sussex New Brunswick and have worked in small business for most of my life.
- elected to Sussex Town Council in 1997, and was chairperson of the newly formed Economic Development & Long Range Planning Committee until moving to Penobsquis in 2005.
- currently employed as the General Manager of the Princess Louise Park Show centre, an Equestrian event centre in Sussex.
- community organizer and volunteer…”I still feel I’ve gained more from my community involvement than I gave…the satisfaction of helping far outweighs the effort of offering a helping hand.”
- volunteer president of the Atlantic International Balloon Festival, past president in the Canadian Cancer Society’s annual local radio/telethon.
- board member on various regional committees.
I believe in “People before Politics”,…Our community needs to pull together and combine our efforts by building sustainable development, and our leaders must think in the long term with regards to community development.
Having worked with many active and concerned citizens in their efforts to make this region successful; 9 years of community planning, and municipal government.
